4/12/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved 1.Behavior: Upon arrival to the home setting, Ben-Nita appeared to be in a positive mood evident by her facial expressions such as a smile on the face. QMHP-C engaged Ben-Nita in a discussion to determine her behaviors since the last session. Mother reports Ben-Nita does not communicate with her effective her thoughts and feelings. QMHP-C informed Ben-Nita that this session was just going to be a recap the information provided from her mother. 2. Behavior: During the second portion, Ben-Nita appeared to be a little withdrawn from the session at times as she was getting frustrated with QMHP-C and her mother when discussing her behaviors. 1. Intervention: QMHP-C provided her with alternative ways she could have resolved issues with her peers and family members in the past, present and future. QMHP-C provided Ben-Nita with corrective feedback to assist with improving her use of communication as it relates to conflict-resolution. QMHP-C modeled appropriate communication skills and provided Ben-Nita with the opportunity to engage in the use of appropriate communication skills to assist her with being able to communicate her thoughts when faced with challenging situations that cause her to display inappropriate behaviors. 2. Intervention: QMHP-C instructed Ben-Nita to identify any challenging situations that she encountered with her family members or friends prior to this session. QMHP-C rewarded Ben-Nita with an outing encouraged her to utilize learned coping skills from sessions to assist her with current and future situations. 1. Response: Ben-Nita appeared to be receptive to QMHP-Csâ interventions and services that were provided to her during the session. Ben-Nita continued to verbalize her feelings of frustration about hr mother and how she feels as tough she really donât listen to her at times. 2. Response: Ben-Nita was able to share insight on her knowledge of conflict-resolution as she provided QMHP-C with ways in which skills were utilized. Ben-Nita was receptive to corrective feedback was provided by QMHP-C throughout the session. Ben-Nita was commended by QMHP-C for identifying challenging situations and strategies to overcome them.
